Under the authority of section 41 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Paragraph 2(b) of the Mineral Regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" and substituting the words "the minister's".

 

        2. Section 7 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" and substituting the words "the recorder's".

 

        3. Subsection 13(2) of the regulations is amended by

             (a)  deleting the words "he or she" and substituting the words "the person"; and

             (b)  deleting the words "his or her" and substituting the words "the person's".

 

        4. Subsection 47(3) of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "and" after paragraph (a), deleting the period at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting a semi-colon and the word "and" and adding immediately after paragraph (b) the following:

             (c)  $3,000 per map staked claim per year for each year after year 30.

 

        5. Section 49 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" wherever they appear and substituting the words "the minister's".

 

        6. Section 50 of the regulations is amended by

             (a)  deleting the words "he or she" and substituting the words "the minister"; and

             (b)  deleting the words "his or her" and substituting the words "the person's".

 

        7. Section 52 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "he or she" and substituting the words "the minister".

 

        8. Section 53 of the regulations is amended by deleting the amount "$100" and substituting the amount "$200".

 

        9. Section 56 of the regulations is amended by

             (a)  deleting the words "him or her" and substituting the words "the minister"; and

             (b)  deleting the words "he or she" and substituting the words "the minister".

 

      10. Paragraph 58(1)(b) of the regulations is amended by

             (a)  deleting the words "his or her" and substituting the words "the minister's"; and

             (b)  deleting the words "he or she" and substituting the words "the minister".

 

      11. Section 60 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "he or she" and substituting the words "the minister".
