Under the authority of section 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 2(h) of the Home Heating Supplement Regulations is amended by deleting the date "November 30, 2023" and substituting the date "December 31, 2023".

2. Subsection 3(4) of the regulations is amended by deleting the date "November 30, 2023" and substituting the date "January 15, 2024".
