Caribou Hunting Order, Newfoundland (Amendment)
under the
Wild Life Regulations
and the
Wild Life Act

Under the authority of sections 38 and 114 of the Wild Life Regulations and the Wild Life Act, I make the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

        1.   Sch. Amdt.

NLR 69/18

        1. (1) Paragraph (k) of the Schedule to the Caribou Hunting Order, Newfoundland is repealed and the following substituted:

             (k)  Area 71A - Grey Islands (Bell)

All that area of Newfoundland known as Lower Grey Islands (Bell Island), excluding all other offshore islands.

             (2)  The Schedule to the Order is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (k) the following:

         (k.1)  Area 71B - Grey Islands (Groais)

All that area of Newfoundland known as Upper Grey Islands (Groais Island), excluding all other offshore islands.
