Endangered Species List Regulations (Amendment)

Endangered Species Act

Under the authority of sections 7 and 44 of the Endangered Species Act, the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. Schedule A of the Endangered Species List Regulations is amended by            

             (a)  adding immediately after the species "Cutleaf Fleabane – Erigeron compositus" the species "Eastern Red Bat – Lasiurus borealis";

      (b) adding immediately after the species "Gypsy Cuckoo Bumble Bee – Bombus bohemicus" the species "Hoary Bat – Lasiurus cinereus"; and

    (c) badding immediately after the species "Rock Dwelling Sedge – Carex petricosa var. misandroides" the species "Silver-haired Bat – Lasionycteris noctivagans".
