1. The Labour Standards Regulations are amended by adding immediately after section 2 the following:

Prescribed profession

2.1 For the purposes of paragraph 2(b) of the Act, the practice of hockey as a hockey player in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League is a prescribed profession.
