Income and Employment Support Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Income and Employment Support Act

Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 8(a) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is amended by deleting the word "or" at the end of subparagraph (xxiii), deleting the semi-colon at the end of subparagraph (xxiv) and substituting a comma and adding immediately after that subparagraph the following:

(xxv) a disability benefit under the Disability Benefit Regulations, or

(xxvi) a Canada disability benefit under the Canada Disability Benefit Act;
