Under the authority of section 31 of the Provincial Offences Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 2(h) of the Provincial Offences Ticket Regulations, 1999 is repealed and the following substituted:

(h) section 55.1 and subsections 77(1) and 80(1) of the Liquor Control Act;
