Fur Bearing Animals and Coyote Trapping and Shooting Order,
Newfoundland and Labrador (Amendment)
under the
Wild Life Regulations
and the
Wild Life Act

Under the authority of sections 25, 27, 88 and 114 of the Wild Life Regulations and the Wild Life Act, I make the following Order.

1. Section 8 of the Fur Bearing Animals and Coyote Trapping and Shooting Order, Newfoundland and Labrador is amended by adding immediately after subsection (2) the following:

(3) On the island of Newfoundland, the holder of a trapper’s beaver licence may take not more than 5 beaver per licence.
