under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 195 of the Highway Traffic Act, I make the following regulations.

1. Subsection 6(1) of the Bus Regulations is amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (l), deleting the period at the end of paragraph (m) and substituting a semi-colon and the word "and" and adding immediately after paragraph (m) the following:

(n) a global positioning system approved by the minister.
