GUARANTEE ACT, 1957

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. The Schedule to The Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957 is amended by adding the following:

1. St. Lawrence Fluorspar Limited	$ 42,850.57	Dec. 19/90	Feb. 15/91
2. Smith's Seafoods Limited	175,000.00	Dec. 28/90	Nov. 30/91

1987 c.31 Schedule Amdt.

2. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 22 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 31 of 1987, as amended by paragraph 6(i) of chapter 8 of 1989 and paragraph 3(b) of chapter 5 of 1990, by striking out the date of expiry "July 31/90" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30/91".

3. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 2 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 41 of 1990, by

(a) striking out the statutory amount "$450,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$700,000"; and

(b) striking out the date of expiry "August 31/90" and by substituting the date of expiry "March 31/91".
