Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1957 No.70 as amended

1. The Schedule to the Loan and Guarantee Act is amended by adding the following:

1. Gander Masonic Memorial Complex Inc.	$1,000,000	May 10/91	April 30/92
2. Fogo Island Co-operative Society Limited	700,000	Aug. 27/91	Sept. 30/91

2. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 22 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 21 of 1986, as amended by paragraph 6(e) of chapter 31 of 1987, paragraph 5(d) of chapter 8 of 1989 and section 8 of chapter 8 of 1989, by striking out the date of expiry "Dec. 31/89" and by substituting the date of expiry "Sept. 30/91".

3. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 22 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 31 of 1987, as amended by paragraph 6(i) of chapter 8 of 1989, paragraph 3(b) of chapter 5 of 1990 and section 2 of chapter 6 of 1991,

(a) by striking out the statutory amount "$500,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$650,000"; and

(b) by striking out the date of expiry "April 30/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30/92".

1989 c.8 Schedule Amdt.

4. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 8 of 1989, as follows:

(a) item 10 of section 1 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 4(b) of chapter 27 of 1989 and paragraph 6(b) of chapter 41 of 1990 is further amended

(i) by striking out the date of expiry "Feb. 28/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Feb. 29/92", and

(ii) by striking out the statutory amount "$3,000,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$1,300,000";

(b) items 25 and 26 of section 1 of that Schedule, as amended by section 9 of chapter 8 of 1989, are further amended by striking out the dates of expiry "Dec. 31/89" and by substituting the dates of expiry "Sept. 30/91"; and

(c) item 29 of section 1 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 4(d) of chapter 5 of 1990 is amended

(i) by striking out the date of expiry "Dec. 31/90" and by substituting the date of expiry "Dec. 31/91", and

(ii) by striking out the statutory amount "$1,100,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$995,000".

1990 c.41 Schedule Amdt.

5. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 41 of 1990, as follows:

(a) item 2 of that Schedule, as amended by section 3 of chapter 6 of 1991, is amended by striking out the date of expiry "March 31/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "March 31/92";

(b) item 3 of that Schedule is amended by striking out the date of expiry "Feb. 28/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Feb. 29/92";

(c) item 5 of that Schedule is amended

(i) by striking out the date of expiry "Dec. 31/90" and by substituting the date of expiry "May 31/91",

(ii) by striking out the statutory amount "$250,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$100,000",

(iii) on June 1/91 by striking out the date of expiry "May 31/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Feb. 29/92", and

(iv) on June 1/91 by striking out the statutory amount "$100,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$250,000"; and

(d) item 6 of that Schedule is amended by striking out the date of expiry "May 31/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "May 31/92".
