Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

RSN 1990 cL-10 as amended

1. Subsection 5(1) of the Leaseholds in St. John's Act is amended by deleting the figure "1992" and by substituting the figure "1994".
