Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1957 No.70 as amended

1. The Schedule to The Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957 is amended by adding the following:

1983 c.37 Schedule Amdt.

2. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 3 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 37 of 1983, as amended by paragraph 5(b) of chapter 3 of 1985, paragraph 4(a) of chapter 21 of 1986, section 4 of chapter 31 of 1987, section 3 of chapter 8 of 1989 and paragraph 2(a) of chapter 41 of 1990 as follows:

(a) by striking out the date of expiry "June 30, 1991" and by substituting the date of expiry "June 30, 1992"; and

(b) by striking out the date of expiry "June 30/92" and by substituting the date of expiry "June 30/93".

1987 c.31 Schedule Amdt.

3. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 31 of 1987, as follows:

(a) item 10 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 6(d) of chapter 8 of 1989, paragraph 3(a) of chapter 5 of 1990 and paragraph 5(a) of chapter 41 of 1990 is further amended by striking out the date of expiry "June 30, 1991" and by substituting the date of expiry "September 30, 1992";

(b) item 15 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 6(f) of chapter 8 of 1989 and paragraph 5(b) of chapter 41 of 1990 is further amended by striking out the statutory amount "$30,000,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$15,500,000"; and

(c) item 22 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 6(i) of chapter 8 of 1989, paragraph 3(b) of chapter 5 of 1990, paragraph 2(a) of chapter 6 of 1991 and paragraph 3(a) of chapter 4 of 1992, is further amended

(i) by striking out the date of expiry "April 30/92" and by substituting the date of expiry "July 31, 1992",

(ii) by striking out the date of expiry "July 31, 1992" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30, 1994", and

(iii) by striking out the statutory amount "$650,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$1,000,000".

1989 c.8 Schedule Amdt.

4. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 8 of 1989, as follows:

(a) item 7 of section 1 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 6(a) of chapter 41 of 1990 is further amended

(i) by striking out the date of expiry "Jan. 31/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Jan. 31/92",

(ii) by striking out the date of expiry "Jan. 31/92" and by substituting the date of expiry "July 31, 1992", and

(iii) by striking out the date of expiry "July 31/92" and by substituting the date of expiry "Aug. 31/93";

(b) item 10 of section 1 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 4(b) of chapter 27 of 1989, paragraph 6(b) of chapter 41 of 1990 and paragraph 4(a) of chapter 4 of 1992, is further amended by striking out the date of expiry "Feb. 29/92" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30/93";

(c) item 15 of section 1 of that Schedule, as amended by item 4 of section 7 of chapter 8 of 1989 and paragraph 6(c) of chapter 41 of 1990, is further amended

(i) by striking out the date of expiry "March 31/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Nov. 30/91", and

(ii) by striking out the date of expiry "Nov. 30/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Nov. 30/93"; and

(d) item 29 of that Schedule, as amended by paragraph 4(d) of chapter 5 of 1990 and paragraph 4(c) of chapter 4 of 1992, is further amended by striking out the date of expiry "Dec. 31/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Dec. 31/92".

1990 c.41 Schedule Amdt.

5. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 3 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 41 of 1990, as amended by paragraph 5(b) of chapter 4 of 1992, by striking out the date of expiry "Feb. 29/92" and by substituting the date of expiry "Aug. 31/92".

1991 c.6 Schedule Amdt.

6. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 2 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 6 of 1991, by striking out the date of expiry "Nov. 30/91" and substituting the date of expiry "Nov. 30/92".

1992 c.4 Schedule Amdt.

7. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending item 2 of the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 4 of 1992, as follows:

(a) by striking out the date of expiry "Sept. 30/91" and by substituting the date of expiry "Feb. 29/92"; and

(b) by striking out the date of expiry "Feb. 29/92" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30/93".
