AN ACT TO AMEND THE TAXATION OF
UTILITIES AND CABLE TELEVISION
COMPANIES ACT

Definitions

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. (1) Paragraph 2(h) of the Taxation of Utilities and Cable Television Companies Act is amended by adding immediately after subparagraph (ii) the following:

(ii.1) the Twin Falls Power Corporation and its successors and assigns,

(2) Subparagraph 2(h)(iv) of the Act is repealed and the following substituted:

(iv) a person, firm or corporation involved in the transmission, conveyance, communication, delivery or provision of telephone, telegraph and facsimile messages.
