Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1957 No.70 as amended

1. The Schedule to The Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957 is amended by adding the following:

2. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 31 of 1987, as follows:

(a) Item 15 - Newfoundland Ocean Enterprises Limited - as amended by paragraph 6(f) of chapter 8 of 1989, paragraph 5(b) of chapter 41 of 1990, paragraph 3(b) of chapter 11 of 1993, paragraph 3(b) of chapter 30 of 1993, section 2 of chapter 6 of 1994 and section 2 of chapter 9 of 1995, is further amended

(i) by striking out the statutory amount "$33,800,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$38,800,000", and

(ii) by striking out the statutory amount "$38,800,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$55,000,000", and

(iii) by striking out the statutory amount "$55,000,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$57,400,000"; and

(iv) by striking out the statutory amount "$57,400,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$62,400,000".

(b) Item 22 - A.L. Stuckless and Sons Limited - as amended by paragraph 6(i) of chapter 8 of 1989, paragraph 3(b) of chapter 5 of 1990, paragraph 2(a) of chapter 6 of 1991, paragraph 3(a) of chapter 4 of 1992, paragraph 3(c) of chapter 11 of 1993 and section 2 of chapter 16 of 1994, is further amended by striking out the date of expiry "April 30, 1995" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30, 1996".

3. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending Item 10 - Fogo Island Co-operative Society Limited -as enacted by chapter 8 of 1989, as amended by paragraph 4(b) of chapter 27 of 1989, paragraph 6(b) of chapter 41 of 1990, paragraph 4(a) of chapter 4 of 1992, paragraph 4(b) of chapter 11 of 1993, paragraph 4(a) of 1993 and paragraph 3(b) of chapter 16 of 1994, is further amended by striking out the date of expiry "April 30, 1995" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30, 1996".

4. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending Item 2 - Smith Seafoods Limited - as enacted by chapter 6 of 1991, as amended by section 6 of chapter 11 of 1993, section 6 of chapter 30 of 1993 and section 3 of chapter 6 of 1994, by striking out the date of expiry "November 30, 1994" and by substituting the date of expiry "November 30, 1995".

5. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending the Schedule, as enacted by chapter 11 of 1993, as follows:

(a) Item 1 - Atlantic Group Limited - as amended by paragraph 5(a) of chapter 16 of 1994, by striking out the date of expiry "March 31, 1995" and by substituting the date of expiry "March 31, 1996";

(b) Item 3 - Earle Brothers Fisheries Limited - as amended by paragraph 7(a) of chapter 30 of 1993 and paragraph 5(b) of chapter 16 of 1994, by striking out the date of expiry "April 30, 1995" and by substituting the date of expiry "April 30, 1996"; and

(c) Item 5 - Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra Associa-tion -

(i) by striking out the statutory amount "$100,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$57,000", and

(ii) by striking out the date of expiry "December 31, 1994" and by substituting the date of expiry "December 31, 1997".

6. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending Item 3 - Torngat Fish Producers Co-operative Society Limited - as enacted by chapter 30 of 1993, as amended by section 6 of chapter 16 of 1994,

(a) by striking out the date of expiry "May 31, 1995" and by substituting the date of expiry "May 31, 1996"; and

(b) by striking out the statutory amount "$500,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$600,000".

1995 c.9 Schedule Amdt.

7. The Schedule to the Act is further amended by amending Item 1 - Hotel Buildings Limited - as enacted by chapter 9 of 1995 by striking out the statutory amount "$500,000" and by substituting the statutory amount "$1,500,000".
