AN ACT TO AMEND THE PUBLIC TENDER ACT

Definitions

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

RSN1990 cP-45 as amended

1.. Paragraph 2(g) of the Public Tender Act is amended by deleting the word "or" at the end of subparagraph (i), by deleting the semicolon and the word "and" at the end of subparagraph (ii) and substituting a comma and the word "or" and by adding the following immediately after subparagraph (ii):

(iii) banking services provided for students under the Newfoundland and Labrador Student Loans Program; and
