Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area
for the Town of Raleigh , Number 1 Well
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act , I designate an area known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area, Number 1 Well for the Town of Raleigh as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of The Straits and White Bay North abutted and bounded as follows:

By a circle of 200 metres radius with its centre being the Town of  Raleigh water supply Number 1 Well, having UTM coordinates of northing 5,712,247 metres and easting 588,555 metres.

All bearings refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
