Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define the following area as the Reidville Municipal Planning Area, 2004.

PLANNING AREA

All that area within the boundary of the Town of Reidville as defined or redefined by an Order-in-Council and published in the Gazette.

The Reidville Municipal Planning Area , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 916/96, is repealed.
