Under the authority of the Municipalities Act, 1999 I make the following Order.

Analysis



District continued

        1. The area comprising the community of Bellevue , Trinity Bay is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Bellevue , 2005 .

        2. The boundaries for the Local Service District of Bellevue are as set out in the Schedule.

        3. The Local Service District of Bellevue , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 59/96, is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point on the southern shoreline of Broad Lake , that point being on the northern shoreline of an unnamed river which flows into the southwest corner of said lake;

Then in a general westerly direction along the northern bank of the river and the southern boundary of Bellevue Beach Local Service District to a point, said point being, 400 meters northeastward along a line perpendicular to the centre line of the Trans Canada Highway and 200 meters west of the centre line of the road to Bellevue;

Then in a general easterly direction along a line parallel to and 200 meters from the centre line of aforementioned road to Bellevue, to a point on the western limits of Big Pond Protected Water Supply Area, 1982;

Then following said watershed boundary in a counter-clockwise direction, South 8 E 00' East, 700 meters, South 43 E 00' West, 500 meters, North 83 E 00' East, 750 meters, North 35 E 00' East, 2250 meters, to a point on the northwest corner of said watershed;

Then north 27 E 00' east, 1,650 meters, more or less, to a high point ;

Then north 20 E 00' west, 850 meters, more or less, to a high point ;

Then due west, 1,800 meters, more or less, to a point on the highwater of Tickle Bay, Trinity Bay;

Then in a general southwesterly direction, following the sinuosities of the shoreline of Tickle Bay/Broad Lake, to the point of Beginning.

All Bearings refer to Grid North and, as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
