Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of
the Local Service District of Hopeall,
Charles Cumby Well, WS-G-0802
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area, Charles Cumby Well, WS-G-0802, for the Local Service District of Hopeall as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Trinity - Bay de Verde abutted and bounded as follows:

By a circle of 100 metres radius with its centre being the Local Service District of Hopeall water supply Charles Cumby Well, having UTM coordinates northing 5,276,430 metres and easting 311,514 metres.

All coordinates refer to Zone 22 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
