the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Short title
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Newfoundland Pony Regulations

Definitions
2.
In these regulations
(a)
"Newfoundland Pony" means the Newfoundland Pony designated under the Newfoundland
Pony Designation Order, 2012
;
(b)
"Registry of Newfoundland Ponies" means the registry established by the society; and
(c)
"society" means the Newfoundland Pony Society designated under the Newfoundland
Pony Designation Order, 2012

Record disposal prohibited
3.
A person shall not dispose of a record filed with the Registry of Newfoundland Ponies.

Commencement
4.
These regulations come into force on May 2, 2012.
