under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 , I define the following area as the McIvers Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point on the shoreline of Apsey Cove having coordinates east 333,843.333 metres and north 5,432,703.567 metres, more or less;

Then running in a general northwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the Humber Arm shoreline to a point on the shoreline of Bay of Islands having coordinates east 332,905.020 metres and north 5,436,001.440, more or less;

Then heading east to a point having coordinates east 331,347.663 metres and north 5,438,568.780 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a northeasterly direction to a point having coordinates east 333,730.343 and north 5,439,483.405 metres, more or less;

Then heading east to a point on the eastern bank of McIver's Brook having coordinates east 334,088.887 metres and north 5,439,483.405, more or less;

Then running in a general southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern bank of McIver's Brook to a point having coordinates east 332,986.596 metres and north 5,438,019.017 metres, more or less;
