Millertown Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 I define the following area as the Millertown Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point on a high water mark in Beothuk Lake approximately 2268.5458 meters southwest from Mary Marchs Brook having coordinates east 266,178.629 meters and north 5,409,564.629 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of Beothuk Lake to a point on a high water mark of Beothuk Lake having coordinates east 260,822.687 meters and north 5,404,219.306 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a general southeasterly direction to a point on the intersection of two unnamed roads having coordinates east 261,966.454 meters and north 5,403,677.275 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a easterly direction to a point on a high water mark of Harpoon Brook having coordinates east 264,880.978 meters and north 5,403,844.278 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the northern shoreline of Harpoon Brook to a point on a high water mark on the eastern bank of an unnamed brook having coordinates east 266,494.983 meters and north 5,404,787.868 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northwesterly direction along the sinuosities of an unnamed river on the eastern shoreline to a point having coordinates east 266,330.042 meters and north 5,405,686.790 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the unnamed river on the eastern shoreline to a point on a high water mark on the most easterly side of an unnamed pond having coordinates east 266,709.056 meters and north 5,405,914.248 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the unnamed river on the eastern shoreline to a point on a high water mark on the eastern shoreline of an unnamed pond having coordinates east 267,248.698 meters and north 5,406,249.941 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the unnamed river on the eastern shoreline to a point on a high water mark having coordinates east 266,985.173 meters and north 5,406,613.374 meters, more or less;

Then running in a northeasterly direction along the sinuosities on the eastern shoreline of the unnamed river to a point on a high water mark on the eastern shoreline of an unnamed pond having coordinates east 267,638.980 meters and north 5,407,325.231 meters, more is less;

Then running in a northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of the pond to a point at the most easterly side of said pond having coordinates east 268,002.032 meters and north 5,407,790.184 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 150 meters north from an unnamed pond having coordinates east 268,529.918 meters and north 5,408,702.745 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a northeasterly direction to a point having coordinates east 269,218.167 meters and north 5,409,017.923 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a northeasterly direction to a point having coordinates east 270,366.541 meters and north 5,409,842.484 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a northerly direction to a point having coordinates east 270,356.992 meters and north 5,410,318.363 meters, more or less;

Then continuing in a southwesterly direction to a point having coordinates east 268,924.499 meters and north 5,409,813.191 meters, more or less;

Then heading in southwesterly direction again back to the point of beginning.

All coordinates being scaled from 30cm Orthorectified Imagery and being referenced to North America Datum 1983 (NAD83) using the Modified Transverse Mercator (MTM) Zone 2 Projection.
