Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Anchor Point Order .

        3. Newfoundland Regulations 671/78 and 100/95 are repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point located at the northeast extremity of an unnamed pond more precisely having grid reference 160760;

Then north 45° west a distance of 2,100 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence between Genge Point and Chambers Point, grid reference 145776;

Then along the sinuosities of the highwater mark in a general southerly direction to a point where an unnamed brook flows into the Gulf of St. Lawrence , grid reference 150752;

Then along the northern bank of the brook across Route 430 to a point entering a reservoir, grid reference 154758;

Then along the perimeter of the reservoir in a southeasterly and then northeasterly direction to a point where an unnamed brook enters the reservoir, grid reference 156759;

Then north 15° east a distance of 400 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning, grid reference 160760.

All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping, 12P2 and 12P3 BRIG BAY , edition 3.
