Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Baine Harbour Order
.

The boundaries of the Town of Baine Harbour are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 679/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point in the centre line of the Baine Harbour Road, Route No. 210-19, that point being 375 metres, more or less, northeast of the junction point of the access road to Rushoon, Route 210-21;
Then running due east 2,750 metres, more or less, to a point at highwater mark on the shoreline at Deep Cove Head;
Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline at highwater mark to the most southerly point at the northern entrance to
Baine
Harbour

Then running along the sinuosities of the northern, western and southern shorelines of
Baine
Harbour
to the most northerly point at the southern entrance to
Baine
Harbour

Then running in a generally southerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline at highwater mark to a point at Miller's Head, that point being the northeast corner of the municipal boundaries of Rushoon;
Then running along the northern boundary of Rushoon north 61° west 1,525 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of Route 210-21;
Then running along the northern boundary of Rushoon north 16° west 1,225 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of Route 210-21, that point being 600 metres, more or less, from the Baine Harbour access road;
Then continuing north 16° west along the northern boundary of Rushoon to a point 150 metres, more or less, from the centre line of Route 210-21;
Then running in a generally northeasterly direction parallel to and 150 metres, more or less, from the centre line of Route 210-21 to a point 150 metres, more or less, northeast of the point of beginning;
Then in a southeasterly direction 150 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
All bearings herein refer to the true meridian and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
