Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Burlington Order .

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 703/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning on the shore of Perry 's Cove at ordinary highwater mark, that point being on the northern side of the mouth of Goudies Brook;

Then running along the northern bank of the brook in a general westerly direction 945 metres;

Then turning and running north 5° 30' east 2,950 metres to the southern bank of Northwest Brook;

Then north 89° east 1,625 metres;

Then south 29° east 2,250 metres to a point in the easternmost angle of Mills Cove at ordinary highwater mark;

Then in a general northerly direction along the shores of Mills Cove, Black Duck Cove and Burlington at ordinary highwater mark to the northernmost angle of North West Bottom of Burlington;

Then in a general southerly direction along the shores of North West Bottom, Burlington and Perry's Cove at ordinary highwater mark to the point of beginning.

All bearings herein refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
