Local Service District of Blaketown
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        1. The area comprising the community of Blaketown is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Blaketown .

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulations 86/93 and 71.1/95 are repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point where the northernmost transmission line within a set of 4 crosses Route 80 and more precisely having co-ordinates north 5 257 057 metres and east 263 454 metres;

Then in a westerly direction along the transmission line 513 metres, more or less, to a point having co-ordinates north 5 256 975 metres and east 262 954 metres;

Then in a northerly direction along a line parallel to and 500 metres from the centre line of Route 80 to a point having co-ordinates north
5 263 722 metres and east 262 107 metres;

Then due east 500 metres, more or less, to a point on the centre line of Route 80 and more specifically having co-ordinates north 5 263 722 metres and east 262 607 metres;

Then in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 80, 120 metres, more or less, to a point 38 metres south of an intersection and having co-ordinates north 5 263 600 metres and east 262 601 metres;

Then due east 192 metres, more or less, to a point on the western shoreline of an unnamed river and having co-ordinates north 5 263 600 metres and east 262 793 metres;

Then north 73° 15' east 225 metres, more or less, to a high point having co-ordinates north 5 263 665 metres and east 263 010 metres;

Then north 28° 30' 540 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation 82.0 metres and having co-ordinates north 5 264 137 metres and east 263 270 metres;

Then due east 1,000 metres, more or less, to a point on a transmission line;

Then in a southerly direction via the transmission line 5,150 metres to a point having co-ordinates north 5 259 077 metres and east 264 578 metres;

Then south 79° 30' east 450 metres, more or less, to the northern extremity of an unnamed pond;

Then in an easterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to the easternmost extremity of that pond.
