Schedule
Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of the eastern shoreline of
Conception
Bay
, that point having MTM co-ordinates north 5 287 679 metres and east 317 314 metres;
Then south 41° 11' 07" east 552.49 metres, north 74° 01' 37" east 1,327.92 metres and south 55° 28' 14" east 327.01 metres to a point on the western shoreline of Rocky Pond;
Then south 00° 15' east 2,485 metres, more or less, to horizontal control monument No. 029070, spot elevation 226.36 metres;
Then south 63° 30' east 550 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation 209.8 metres at co-ordinates north 5 284 707 metres and east 319 777 metres;
Then south 11° 00' west 431 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation 188.5 metres, that point being on the Pouch Cove watershed boundary and 100 metres northeast of Route 21 and at co-ordinates north 5 284 277 metres and east 319 732 metres;
Then in a southeasterly direction along a line parallel to and 100 metres from the centre line of the road to a point, that point being north 31° 45' east 125 metres, more or less, from Bauline Line/Bauline Road intersection;
Then south 31° 45' west 125 metres and south 09° 45' east 810 metres, more or less, to a point on Picco's Brook;
Then in a westerly direction along Picco's Brook 1,250 metres, more or less, to a point at co-ordinates north 5 281 131 metres and east 319 239 metres;
Then north 78° 30' west 274 metres, more or less, to a high point (Crown Lands) control monument No. 029228 having a spot elevation of 167.87 metres;
Then north 39° 15' west a distance of 1,900 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being a high point having a spot elevation of 182 metres and overlooking Hickeys Pond;
Then north 63° 30' west a distance of 1,630 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being a high point having a spot elevation of 257 metres;
Then due west a distance of 400 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the highwater mark of Ore Head;
Then in a northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of
Conception
Bay
at the highwater mark passing Bauline to the point of beginning.
All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances and/or co-ordinates given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:2500 and 1:12,500 Forest Resources and Lands Mapping.
