Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Colinet Order .

        3. Newfoundland Regulations 619/78 and 20/84 are repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point, that point being the centre of a bridge that carries Route 91 over Murray 's Brook;

Then in a generally southwesterly direction a distance of 1,850 metres, more or less, to the southwestern extremity of an unnamed pond;

Then in a generally westerly direction a distance of 1,000 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being where Route 93 crosses an unnamed stream;

Then following the centre tread of the stream to where it empties into Colinet Harbour ;

Then in a generally northerly direction following the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of Colinet Harbour to a point 15 metres from the centre line of Route 91 near the Rocky River Bridge ;

Then in a generally westerly direction parallel to and a distance of 15 metres from the centre line of Route 91 to the centre tread of an unnamed stream approximately 270 metres west of the centre point of the Rocky Ridge Bridge;

Then in a generally northwesterly direction following the centre tread of the unnamed stream for a distance of 300 metres;

Then in a generally northeasterly direction a distance of 1,100 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern extremity of an unnamed pond which empties into Colinet Harbour ;

Then in a generally northeasterly direction following the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of the unnamed pond, and the centre tread of an unnamed stream to a point on the centre line of Route 81 where the route crosses over the stream;

Then in a generally southeasterly direction a distance of 2,000 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
