Schedule
Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of the western shoreline of Northwest Arm, that point being 450 metres, more or less, due south of the southern bank of Indian Bay Brook where it empties into Northwest Arm;
Then west 6,750 metres, more or less, along the boundary;
Then due south 3,000 metres, more or less, to the western extremity of Northwest (First) Pond;
Then in an easterly direction along the southern shoreline of the pond to Halfway Head;
Then south 9° 30' west a distance of 5,000 metres, more or less, to Long Point on the northern shoreline of Southwest Pond;
Then along the shoreline of the western end of Southwest Pond to a point on the southern shoreline of the pond, that point being due south of Long Point;
Then in a southeasterly direction to the westernmost extremity of Second Southwest Feeder Pond;
Then in an easterly direction along the southern shoreline of the pond to its easternmost extremity;
Then in a northeasterly direction along a bearing of alignment with Little Bar Island to a point on the highwater mark of the southern shoreline of Southwest Arm, Trinity Harbour;
Then in a general northerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of Southwest Arm to a point on the eastern shoreline of
Northwest
River
;
Then north 67° 00' east 5,900 metres, more or less, to a point on the highwater mark on the southern shoreline of Indian Bay;
Then in a general westerly and northerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of
Indian
Bay
, Southwest Arm and Northwest Arm, to the point of beginning.
All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
