Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Regulation 594/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at the most northern point in Big Burnt Brook Pond in the eastern boundary of Bide Arm and then running east a distance of 4,250 metres, more or less, to a point in the eastern shoreline of the Great Northern Peninsula;
Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the shoreline via Boutitou Point, Hilliers Harbor, Brown Rock Point, Boat Cove, Burnt Point and Barbers Cove to the most southern point of Cape Daumalen at the northern entrance to Canada Bay;
Then running along the sinuosities of the shorelines of
Englee
Harbour
,
Englee
Island
,
Grevigneux
Harbour
and Leather Shoe Pond Cove to
Stony Point
;
Then running in a generally northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of Bide Arm to a point in the southern boundary of Bide Arm at the mouth of the brook which flows out of Big Burnt Brook Pond;
Then running in a generally easterly direction along the boundary via the centre line of the brook to a point at the outlet of Big Burnt Brook Pond;
Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the eastern boundary of Bide Arm via the eastern shoreline of Big Burnt Brook Pond to the point of beginning.
