Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Glenburnie - Birchy Head - Shoal Brook Order .

Schedule

Beginning at a point on the low water mark of the shoreline of South Arm, Bonne Bay having UTM co-ordinates north 5 481 061 metres and east 432 853 metres, that point being 250 metres, more or less, northwest of Baileys Point;

Then running north 74° west a distance of 791 metres to a point having UTM co?ordinates north 5 481 274 metres and east 432 091 metres;

Then south 20° east a distance of 1,343 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 479 984 metres and east 432 488 metres;

Then south 49° east a distance of 1,206 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 479 190 metres and east 433 397 metres;

Then running south 31° east a distance of 848 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 478 468 metres and east 433 843 metres;

Then running south 11° west a distance of 121 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 478 349 metres and east 433 867 metres;

Then running south 13° west a distance of 564 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 477 802 metres and east 433 730 metres;

Then running south 23° west a distance of 214 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 477 605 metres and east 433 546 metres;

Then running south 35° west a distance of 409 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 477 271 metres and east 433 409 metres;

Then running south 20° east a distance of 2,062 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 475 191 metres and east 434 104 metres;

Then running north 86° east a distance of 871 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 475 263 metres and east 434 973 metres;

Then running north 50° east a distance of 520 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 475 593 metres and east 435 376 metres;

Then running north 51° east a distance of 579 metres to a point marking on the ordinary low water mark line of Bonne Bay, that point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 475 954 metres and east 435 829 metres;

Then running northerly and following the sinuosities of the shoreline through Glenburnie, Silverton, Birchy Head and Baileys Point to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to the grid north.
