Schedule
Beginning at a point 400 metres northwestward via the highway from the centre of the bridge over a stream near the mouth of its tributary from Black Duck Pond;
Then south 61° west 1,100 metres, more or less, to a hill;
Then south 67° west 800 metres, more or less, to a hill;
Then due west 300 metres, more or less;
Then south 7° west 2,750 metres, more or less, to the northern limit of the Trans Canada Highway;
Then following the northern limit of the Trans Canada Highway 2,250 metres to the
E.S.
Spencer
Bridge

Then via the west bank of the Terra Nova River to the mouth of Maccles River and following the south bank of Maccles River to a point situated south 56° west 2,250 metres, more or less, from the Trans Canada Highway;
Then north 12° west 3,450 metres, more or less, to a point at the southern limit of the Trans Canada Highway, that point being horizontal control monument No. 738062;
Then north 1° 30' east 4,500 metres, more or less, to a tributary to Northwest Brook;
Then north 42° east 4,270 metres, more or less, to the mouth of Northwest Brook at the Northwest Arm of Alexander Bay;
Then following the Northwest Arm and Middle Arm coastline of Alexander Bay, via Norton Cove, Saunders Cove, Glovertown, Glovertown South, Garden Point, Ragged Head, Clay Cove, to the northernmost point on the headland separating Middle Arm and Northeast Arm;
Then south 20° west 2,250 metres, more or less;
Then south 38° west 1,950 metres, more or less, to the northeastern end of Black Duck Pond;
Then south 39° west 1,065 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian and as with distances given are subject to approximation as taken from the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping, with reference to the 1:12,500/1:2500 Lands and Surveys Mapping.
