Town of Hermitage-Sandyville Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Hermitage-Sandyville Order . CNR 208/96 s1; 1996 c25; 37/02 Boundaries 2. Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being located at highwater mark at the northernmost penetration of the sea into Dog Cove; Then in a generally southwesterly direction following the sinuosities of the shoreline to a point where an unnamed stream flows into the sea near Dog Cove; Then following the centre thread of the unnamed stream to a point on the centre line of the highway to Seal Cove directly above the pond; Then in a generally northeasterly direction to where an unnamed stream flows into Western Cove; Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline in a generally easterly direction to the northwesternmost extremity of Connaigre Head; Then in a generally southeasterly direction to the highest elevation of Devils Knob; Then in a generally southeasterly direction to a point on the centre line of the highway directly above the centre thread of an unnamed stream that flows into Partridge Cove; Then in a generally southerly direction to a point at highwater mark at the northernmost penetration of the sea into an unnamed cove immediately east of Blow Me Down Head; Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline in a generally westerly and then southwesterly direction via Blow Me Down Head, Partridge Cove, Landing Cove, Dawsons Cove and Dog Cove to the point of beginning.
