Schedule
Beginning at a point, that point being the centre of a bridge on Route 440 spanning Hughes Brook;
Then along the centre thread of the brook a distance of 1,150 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being north 62° 00' east and 850 metres, more or less, from the last given point;
Then due west a distance of 2,040 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then south 35° 00' west a distance of 640 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then south 74° 00' west a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then south 82° 00' west a distance of 2,500 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then north 73° 00' west a distance of 2,800 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill, spot elevation 182.5 metres;
Then south 21° 00' west a distance of 600 metres, more or less, to a point on the centre line of Route 440, that point being 275 metres, more or less, to the west of a stream which flows into Gum Cove;
Then continuing on the bearing an additional 300 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the shoreline of the Humber Arm;
Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline of the Humber Arm in a generally easterly and northeasterly direction to the point where Hughes Brook flows into the Humber Arm;
Then in a northeasterly direction along the centre thread of Hughes Brook to the first mentioned bridge on Route 440, the point of beginning.
All bearings herein refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:2500
