Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Keels Order
.

Repeal

Regulation 581/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at the most northerly point in the shoreline of Civil Head at the western entrance to Castle Cove and then running south 16° west a distance of 2,375 metres, more or less;
Then running south 28° east a distance of 1,735 metres, more or less;
Then running north 59° east a distance of 2,835 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the main highroad, that point being approximately midway between the Communities of Duntara and Keels;
Then running north 47° east a distance of 3,050 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Southern Head at the eastern entrance to Backside Cove;
Then running in a generally westerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of Backside Cove, Keels Cove and Castle Cove to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
