Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Little Bay Order .

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Little Bay are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 722/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point in the northwest shoreline of Little Bay, that point having reference 625 metres, more or less, northeast of the community church and then running north 23o west 202 metres, more or less;

Then running south 66o west 1400 metres, more or less;

Then running south 25o east 525 metres, more or less;

Then running south 5o 30 east 175 metres, more or less;

Then running south 25o 30 west 250 metres, more or less;

Then running south 55o 30 west 880 metres, more or less;

Then running north 55o east 550 metres, more or less;

Then running north 4o west 400 metres, more or less;

Then running north 50o east 457 metres, more or less;

Then running north 29o 10 west 188 metres, more or less, to a point in the northeast shoreline of Little Bay;

Then running in a generally southwesterly and northeasterly direction along the shoreline of Little Bay to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north.
