Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Lord's Cove Order .

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Lord 's Cove are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 724/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point at the mouth of Berry Brook on the western shoreline of Lawn Bay and then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to Taylor 's Bay Point;

Then running north 6,550 metres, more or less, to a point on the Three Hummocks;

Then running east 7,325 metres, more or less;

Then running south 1,975 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
