Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Parkers Cove Order .

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Parkers Cove are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 770/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point at the highwater mark in the western shoreline of Placentia Bay at the western entrance to Boat Harbour known as Manny Point;

Then running west 1,600 metres;

Then running north 2,470 metres;

Then running east 2,530 metres to the highwater mark at the mouth of Rattle Brook in the western shoreline of Boat Harbour ;

Then running at the highwater mark in a generally southwesterly direction along the western shoreline of Boat Harbour to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
