Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Point au Gaul Order .

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Point au Gaul are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 775/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at the point of intersection of the east bank of the Salmonier River and the southern limit of Route 220;

Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along that east bank and the eastern shoreline of Lamaline Bay via Point au Gaul Cove to the tip of Point au Gaul ;

Then continuing along the shoreline of Point au Gaul via Granny Head and Squid Point to the mouth of a river in Nantes Cove and following the river to the southern limit of Route 220;

Then following the southern limit of Route 220 to the point of beginning.
