Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Riverhead Order

Schedule
Beginning at a point at the mouth of Vail's Brook where that brook empties into Langley Cove;
Then running easterly along Vail's Brook to a point 300 metres, more or less, north of the centre line of the Crossing Place Road;
Then running in a generally easterly direction at a distance of 300 metres, more or less, north of and parallel to the centre line of the Crossing Place Road and the centre line of the old trail to a point 300 metres, more or less, north of where the centre line of the old trail intersects the western bank of the Crossing Place River;
Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the western bank of the river to a point at the outlet of Gull Pond;
Then running north 78° west 3,550 metres, more or less, to a point on the main highroad at Six Mile River;
Then running south 49° west 3,600 metres, more or less, to a point at the southwest angle of a small pond to the west of Courier's Lookout;
Then running south 36° 30' west 8,000 metres, more or less, to a point on the main highroad to Mall Bay;
Then running south 22° west 2,525 metres, more or less, to a point at the mouth of Beachy Cove River where that river empties into Beachy Cove;
Then running south along the shoreline to North Point;
Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the shoreline to the northeast angle of St. Mary's Harbour;
Then running in a generally southerly direction along the shoreline of Riverhead to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
