Town of Rose Blanche - Harbour Le Cou Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Rose Blanche - Harbour Le Cou Order .

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Rose Blanche - Harbour Le Cou are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 791/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point in the eastern bank of Rose Blanche Brook at the lower rapids and then running north a distance of 2,125 metres, more or less;

Then running east a distance of 1,525 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline;

Then running in a generally southerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline via Harbour Le Cou, Net Point, Net Cove Point and Salmon Cove to Rose Blanche Point ;

Then running in a generally northerly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of Rose Blanche Bay to the most northern point of West Arm at the mouth of Rose Blanche Brook;

Then running in a generally northwesterly direction along the eastern bank of the brook to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
