Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of St. Pauls Order

Schedule
Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the shoreline at St. Pauls Point and then running south 78° 30' east 5,575 metres to a point in the most northern angle of the northwest arm of St. Pauls Inlet;
Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the western shoreline of Northwest Arm to a point on the eastern side of the north bridge abutment on the passage between
St.
Pauls
Bay
and
St.
Pauls
Inlet
;
Then running along the eastern side of the bridge to a point on the eastern side of the south bridge abutment;
Then running in a generally southerly direction 1,625 metres to a point in the western shoreline of
St.
Pauls
Inlet
;
Then running north 69° west 2,375 metres to a point at highwater level on the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence;
Then running northerly along the shoreline to a point on the south entrance of
St.
Pauls
Bay
;
Then running along the shoreline of
St.
Pauls
Bay
to a point on the north entrance of
St.
Pauls
Bay
;
Then running in a generally northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of the
Gulf of St. Lawrence
to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
