(O.C. 96-170)

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Sally's Cove Order .

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Sally 's Cove are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 832/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, that point being 1,600 metres southwest of Gun Point;

Then running due east 2,250 metres;

Then running due north 3,650 metres to a point at highwater mark in the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence ;

Then running in a generally southwesterly direction at highwater mark along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence via Sally's Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
