Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Traytown Order

are as set out in the Schedule.

3.
Newfoundland Regulations 323/78 and 851/78 are repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point 400 metres northwestward via the highway from the centre of the bridge over a stream near the mouth of its tributary from Black Duck Pond;
Then north 39° east 1,065 metres, more or less, to the northeastern end of Black Duck Pond;
Then north 38° east 1,950 metres, more or less;
Then north 20° east 2,250 metres, more or less, to the northernmost highwater point on the headland separating Middle Arm and Northeast Arm;
Then following the Northeast Arm coastline of
Alexander
Bay
(via Indian Point, Traytown,
Mark
Point
, Mill Cove) to the
Terra
Nova
National Park
;
Then following the boundary of the Terra Nova National Park to the north side of the Trans Canada Highway;
Then following the northern limit of the Trans Canada Highway westward to a point situated 2,250 metres via the Trans Canada Highway from the E. S. Spencer Bridge;
Then north 7° east 2,750 metres, more or less;
Then due east 300 metres, more or less, to a hill;
Then north 67° east 800 metres, more or less, to a hill;
Then north 61° east 1,100 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian and as with distances given are subject to approximation as taken from the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping, with reference to the 1:12,500 and 1:2500 Lands and Surveys Mapping.
