Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Baie Verte River Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 556000 5531000 279° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 216° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 190° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 179° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 204° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 227° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 298° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 284° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 343° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 356° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 36° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 117° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 78° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 128° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,125 metres to the point of commencement.
