Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Bear Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Ming's Bight as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 566000 5535000 6° 00' for a distance of 775 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 55° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 163° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 239° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 201° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 272° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres to the point of commencement.
