Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Hare Hill Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 303000 5196000 144° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 198° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 247° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 26° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.

The Big Hare Hill Pond Water Supply Area Notice, Newfoundland Regulations 152/84 and 202/84, are repealed.
