Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Birchy Cove Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Coachman's Cove as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 564000 5547000 350° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 331° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 35° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 120° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 138° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 209° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearing refer to Grid North.

The Birchy Cove Pond Water Supply Area Notice for the Community of Coachman's Cove, Newfoundland Regulation 62/94, is repealed.
