Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Broad Cove Pond Water Supply Area, Dildo, as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 308000 5271000 114°00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 149° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 116° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 183° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 167° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 182° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 163° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 251° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 291° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 339° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 349° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 08° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 38° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
